📋 Description

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable back-end systems and APIs for high-traffic applications • Contribute to production code from day one on systems supporting a 24/7 real-time sports betting experience • Triage, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure performance and reliability • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to launch new features • Adapt to changing priorities while balancing delivery speed with technical excellence • Use modern tools and best practices to solve complex problems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training • At least 1 year of professional experience in object-oriented backend development using languages such as C# or Java • Solid knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and backend system fundamentals • Exposure to designing and supporting scalable distributed systems in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites, including unit, integration, and performance tests for backend services • Collaborative approach to code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on debugging • Gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment
