📋 Description

• Integrate Dash capabilities in the FSS product – Develop and implement thoughtful, contextual ways to integrate Dash capabilities (e.g. Chat) in our FSS product, ensuring a seamless experience. • Simplify and build a reliable and performant foundation that supports core jobs like uploading, retrieving, organizing, and acting on content. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product and Design to shape vision, contribute to planning, and execute on high-impact initiatives. • Full stack Development – Build and optimize user experiences across surfaces, ensuring consistency and performance. • Innovation & Problem-Solving – Explore new areas, experiment with different approaches, and drive solutions that enhance user adoption and engagement. • Independent Ownership – Take full ownership of technical execution, making key decisions while collaborating with multiple teams, including Dash.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong Product Thinking – Ability to understand user needs, contribute to product vision, and drive impactful solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Comfortable working closely with Product, Design, and multiple engineering teams to drive initiatives forward. • Independence & Problem-Solving – Self-motivated, able to dive into new areas, experiment with different approaches, and drive execution with minimal guidance. • Full-Stack Expertise – Experience working across both Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Backend (Python) is a plus. • Experience with Experimentation – Familiarity with A/B testing, user adoption strategies, and growth-driven development in a product-focused environment. • Performance Optimization – Knowledge of scaling, performance tuning, and optimizing multi-surface applications.
