📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program • Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions from MSP • Partner with the MSP, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution • Monitor program processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk • Maintain and continuously improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance • Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking • Support ServiceNow enhancements and updates • Work with Dropbox vendors to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues and inquiries • Develop and ensure standard HR operating procedures are in place with clear SLAs • Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance partners to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans • Work closely with HR Project Managers to support project execution, continuous process improvement, onboarding, and contingent workforce operations • Maintain service documentation and communicate with stakeholders when necessary • Identify and recommend program/process changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements • Support ad-hoc HR Operations tasks and reporting • Work cross-collaboratively across all regions with the respective onboarding team • Create SOPs and job aids as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration in a fast-paced environment • Problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities • Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management • Strong customer-service skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience with ServiceNow
