📋 Description

‱ Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo ‱ Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and demo requests to ensure ICP fit ‱ Personalize outreach via email, phone, and social to generate interest and book meetings for assigned territory ‱ Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness ‱ Maintain accurate records of activities and dispositions in Salesforce for pipeline visibility ‱ Meet and exceed KPIs for calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution ‱ Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on account strategy.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 1+ year in a BDR/SDR role (cybersecurity experience a plus) ‱ Outbound Prospecting Expertise: Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling ‱ Inbound Lead Handling: Ability to quickly qualify and convert marketing-generated leads ‱ Tools Proficiency: Experience with Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce ‱ Research & Personalization: Skilled at account research and crafting tailored messaging ‱ Strong Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written skills ‱ Objection Handling: Ability to use frameworks like ART (Acknowledge, Respond, Transition) on your calls and meetings with prospects ‱ Curiosity & Coachability: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment ‱ Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection ‱ Cybersecurity Basics: Understanding of insider risk, data loss prevention, and compliance concepts ‱ Business Acumen: Ability to identify pain points and align DTEX’s value proposition ‱ Account-Based Selling: Familiarity with targeting enterprise accounts and multi-threading ‱ Proven ability to hit KPIs: activity metrics, meetings booked and qualified, and pipeline contribution ‱ Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
