• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally with SMB or high-volume accounts • Proven track record of quota attainment in a fast-paced, remote sales environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable selling via video and phone • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) • Highly organized and self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently • Passion for technology and consultative selling • Experience in DTN’s core industries (agriculture, energy, weather tech, logistics) is a plus • Experience in software and/or SaaS sales preferred • Strong understanding of event safety sector, preferred • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling • Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management
