📋 Description

• Establish and lead QA practices for a new AI-first SaaS platform • Design and execute test strategies across UI, API and integrations • Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage • Own bug reporting, triage and release validation • Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration • Drive user experience improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications • Experience with UI and API testing at scale • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) • Strong grasp of bug reporting (Jira), test management (TestRail), and tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright • Knowledge of performance testing, database testing and monitoring (Datadog a plus) • Product intuition and user empathy, with critical thinking on testability • Ability to manage complex systems with evolving requirements • Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication
