📋 Description

• Provide efficient technical service to support product applications at customer sites, creating superior account satisfaction and retention. • Manage multiple customers within an assigned geographic area who use a variety of product lines. • Provide assistance, information, and support to customers, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Deliver consistent service for DuBois equipment repairs, replacements, installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and provide personalized value-added service to customers. • Ability to report, document, and communicate findings, abnormal conditions, and propose recommendations. • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude in resolving customers' technical challenges and help improve processes. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other cross-functional support staff. • Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators. • Accurately enter all relevant information into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system, including chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory level/dosing rate data, GPS location, and service time. • Travel to assigned customer sites to perform service audits. • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in French and English. • More than 2 years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience. • Mechanical aptitude in electrical work and plumbing preferred. • Strong time management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to understand the company's products and services. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in on-site technical/mechanical testing. • Ability to adapt to a variety of customer needs and situations. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency with Microsoft products, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other analytics tools.
