📋 Description

• Provide technical service supporting product application at customer sites and create account satisfaction and retention • Manage multiple customers across an assigned geography using varied product lines • Provide assistance, information, and support to customers; handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction • Repair, replace, and install DuBois equipment; conduct chemical testing and inventory management • Report and document findings and abnormal conditions, communicate results, and offer recommendations • Resolve customers’ technical challenges and assist with process improvements • Communicate and collaborate with team members and cross-functional support employees • Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators • Enter chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory and dosage data, GPS locations, and service times into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system • Travel to assigned customers to conduct service audits • Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

🎯 Requirements

• Live in British Columbia • 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience • Mechanical aptitude in electrical and pipefitting preferred • Strong time management skills with attention to detail • Ability to understand the company’s products and services • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing • Ability to adjust to various customer needs and situations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficient in Microsoft products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other analytical tools • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
