📋 Description

• Become an expert in the Dutchie ECommerce platform, supporting all legal cannabis markets • Assist dispensary and consumer customers via email, phone, and live chat • Troubleshoot hardware and software while managing multiple issues simultaneously • Test solutions for emerging issues • Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams • Provide product feedback for future platform development • Work within operating hours of 5am–6pm PST Monday–Friday and 6am–6pm PST Saturday–Sunday • Provide evening, weekend, and holiday availability

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a customer support role with problem-solving ability • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in web-based software, CRMs, and Google Suite • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays • Experience in the legal cannabis market or customer support team (bonus) • Familiarity with the Dutchie platform (bonus) • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom (bonus)
