• Own the next wave of apps and fintechs: Your work will directly impact how the world’s biggest fintech players adopt wallets and stablecoin payments. • Join at the perfect moment: We’re scaling fast, but still early enough that your contributions will define our trajectory. • Build the foundation of modern money: Backed by a16z crypto, Founders Fund, and other top investors, we’re making money more connected across chains and ecosystems. • As a founding member of our Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of growth for Dynamic. • You'll be reporting to the Head of Business Development and owning your own book of business to drive adoption of Dynamic across the fintech, stablecoin, and payment verticals. • Externally, you will be sourcing, pitching, closing, and relationship-building. • Forge deep relationships with key decision makers - stay on top of industry trends and current events, and know how to translate that into top-of-funnel activities with later lower-funnel outcomes. • Bring organization and structure in keeping track of your sales activities and status of your book across internal systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying tech sales experience, especially within web3, fintech, enterprise SaaS, and cloud software. • Demonstrated track record closing enterprise deals and exceeding quota. • Strategic understanding of the fintech, stablecoin, and payments ecosystem, ideally with a strong existing network within the space. • Demonstrated passion for web3, either professionally or personally, and a strong belief in its power to change the world for the better. • Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a related role • Nice to haves: deep experience using web3 applications or being active within crypto communities; familiarity with authentication & identity access management
