• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, analytics, or data science, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles. • Proven track record building and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments. • Deep technical expertise in modern data stacks, including Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift, with hands-on understanding of Python, SQL, and data modeling. • Demonstrated experience leading AI and machine learning initiatives, including integration of large language models and applied ML systems into production environments. • Strong command of data governance, observability, security, and privacy frameworks. • Strategic thinker who can balance innovation with execution, driving both vision and measurable results. • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to align executives, engineers, and stakeholders around a shared data vision. • Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and building scalable, distributed teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
