📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end sales process for new logo-based clients in North America • Generate and control pipeline for Visier’s embedded solutions across key verticals • Consistently achieve annual sales quotas based on annual contract value • Conduct research and sales discovery to identify prospects’ strategic priorities • Tie Visier’s value directly to desired customer outcomes • Recommend packaging decisions and go-to-market strategies for embedded implementations • Address financial objections and blockers, including budget, cost of inaction, and build-versus-buy considerations • Partner with internal Visier teams and stakeholders to build credibility and compelling business cases • Secure new embedded partners and drive revenue growth • Deliver partnership commitments and support Visier’s North America sales objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of established success selling complex cloud-based solutions; Embedded/OEM or PaaS preferred • Mastery of foundational sales skills, including MEDDPICC or MEDDIC • Strategic understanding of complex business challenges • Ability to authentically engage with C-level executives • Ability to work independently with little day-to-day instruction • Ability to select effective methods and techniques for closing customer deals • Continuous learning mindset • Goal-focused mentality and willingness to take smart risks
