📋 Description

• Complete requirements elaboration and system functional design for complex enterprise-wide business demands • Discern business needs and facilitate work sessions • Document, elaborate, and prioritize requirements and specifications • Manage scope as input to functional, architectural, and technical design • Facilitate design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of complex technical solutions • Perform gap analysis, business rule and data mapping, risk assessment, traceability mapping, and ROI balancing • Translate business requirements and processes into complex, enterprise-oriented functional designs • Conduct systems analysis and facilitate reverse engineering of code when required • Prioritize requirements through negotiation, release and phase management, and systems analysis techniques • Create and document functional designs and manage upstream and downstream system impacts • Serve as an expert advisor or subject matter expert for systems analysis and process design • Advise business partners on alternative technology solutions • Review Business Analyst, Architect, and Developer documents and models for end-to-end quality • Support program and portfolio management through project decomposition and production release planning • Develop scope and implementation strategies, including incremental or iterative phasing • Translate impacts, risks, and gaps across technical and non-technical audiences • Coordinate teams defining, analyzing, and developing enterprise solutions • Lead and mentor less experienced staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 8+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field • Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims required • Strong knowledge of payer systems and enrollment functions, processing, and automation • EDI 834 experience preferred but not required
