📋 Description

• Solve complex problems and design, configure, test, and implement SAP FI, CO, and FSCM solutions • Analyze business needs and document requirements, translating them into functional, non-functional, and technical specifications • Evaluate downstream business, systems, process, and organizational impacts • Define system requirements and configure SAP • Maintain functional competency in standard SAP FI and CO configuration and stay current on SAP trends and enhancements • Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable business process solutions • Plan and assist with testing, including defect identification and resolution • Develop or assist with work plans, schedules, project tasks, and resource estimates • Advise business partners on standard and new SAP solutions • Research and resolve production support issues • Develop functional specifications and coordinate ABAP and BW development • Provide technical support and contribute to software architecture and process solutions • Identify risks and issues and seek approval on complex matters • Create training materials for business users • Build relationships with business partners and understand current-state processes and configuration • Provide subject matter expertise and ongoing production support to internal business partners • Lead medium-to-large enhancement projects, including solution design, deadlines, business communication, and status updates • Perform solution design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years configuration experience in CO, FI and FSCM • Experience in Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis • Knowledge in Margin Analysis is a valuable plus • Experience with FICO integration between all operations and manufacturing modules • 2+ full life cycle implementations • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting or related field preferred • SAP Certification in FICO for Suite on HANA and/or S4 highly desired • Experience with OpenText is an advantage • Experience with SAP partner applications such as Blackline, HighRadius, and Esker is an advantage • Business experience within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution environment highly desired • Experience with a SOX compliant organization is an advantage • Strong Excel skills highly desired • Ability to document new processes and train end-users • Analytical ability to synthesize data and report on metrics • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on complex applications • Working knowledge of project management • Strong understanding of project and change management principles in application • Approximately 20% travel • Work schedule flexibility to accommodate project deliverables
