📋 Description
• Translate product vision into buildable systems, features, and delightful UX • Own core gameplay systems: crafting, progression, economy, social features, monetization • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build and iterate fast • Use qualitative research to guide priorities and optimize impact
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in mobile F2P product management • AI-literate or AI-fluent: excited to explore generative tools • Deep expertise in simulation, crafting, life sim, or strategy game mechanics • Fluency in F2P systems: layered progression, economy balancing • Experience applying player research frameworks (PENS, JTBD, etc.)
