📋 Description

• Help administer company’s equity programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). • Administer EarnIn’s equity compensation programs in collaboration with our third-party stock plan administrator. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity grants, vesting schedules, and exercises. • Support the administration of EarnIn’s employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and leave of absence programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Equity Administration role • Solid working knowledge of benefits compliance and compensation principles • Hands-on experience with HRIS and equity management systems • Exceptional Excel and data modeling skills • Experience with reporting and visualization tools
