📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the company's internet services. • Persuade prospects to switch from their current internet provider to the company's internet service by presenting the value, savings, and available promotions. • Present available discounts and promotional offers to help customers lower their monthly internet bills. • Handle objections professionally and confidently while guiding customers toward the best solution. • Build rapport quickly and maintain a positive customer experience throughout each call. • Accurately process service and billing changes while ensuring customer information is up to date. • Meet or exceed daily call, conversion, and sales targets. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience. • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills. • MUST HAVE: Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales over the phone. • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience in the telecommunications or internet service industry is highly preferred. • Familiarity with internet services, billing, or telecom products is a strong advantage.
