📋 Description

• Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content • Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels • Create and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks • Grow the brand's social media presence and audience • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across platforms • Monitor social media activity and respond to audience engagement as needed • Promote the CEO's published book through social media campaigns and content • Assist with email responses and basic communication when needed • Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing • Strong video editing and content editing skills • Experience creating Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content • Understanding of social media growth and audience engagement • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Healthcare industry experience or background is a plus, but not required • Availability for 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during EST hours
