• About Us: We help B2B tech companies scale by designing, building, and operating sustainable revenue machines • Remote role representing clients’ outbound campaigns; 90% conversation, 10% admin • Manage inboxes, follow up with leads, book meetings, and ensure no reply goes unnoticed • Work across email, LinkedIn, phone, and CRM to engage prospects and keep pipelines running • Proactively cold call and engage when replies slow; use phone for outreach • Reply to all incoming responses within 3–5 minutes and own the follow‑up game • Categorize leads and keep CRMs clean (Smartlead, Hubspot) • Book meetings directly in clients’ calendars and track outcomes • Collaborate with GTM Engineers to improve targeting, messaging, and workflows • Build mini playbooks and templates; help optimize outbound campaigns • Growth path: manage accounts or train new hires as the company scales
• Can work in CET timezone (starts 08:00 or 09:00am CET) • Tech‑savvy and quick with tools (Smartlead, Lemlist, Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.) • Fluent English • Preferably knows at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German, Spanish) • Prior SDR or growth marketing experience (bonus if handled outbound) • Strong conversational skills — warm, confident, curious • Fast‑moving, action oriented; thrives in startup environments • Highly organized; attention to detail • Understands sales fundamentals: listening, timing, consistency • Bonus: CRM experience (Hubspot), automation tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi), B2B SaaS experience, social selling
