📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and technical training, soft skill coaching, and educational programs aligned with the global training strategy • Support and lead live and remote internal and external training sessions on WiSE System therapy • Design, develop, and enhance training materials, curriculum, and certification pathways • Oversee onboarding and skill development for field operations personnel, Field Clinical Specialists, and sales representatives • Conduct knowledge and skills assessments leading to certification or recommendations for continued training, remediation, or certification • Deliver physician, clinical specialist, and commercial team training through in-person procedural case support, virtual training, and structured educational sessions • Facilitate physician proctoring and live procedural instruction • Attend WiSE System implants, device follow-ups, and clinical investigations as a technical and clinical subject matter expert • Supervise and mentor field operations personnel during procedures • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, quality, and R&D teams • Assess and enhance training programs using performance metrics, trainee feedback, and evolving clinical best practices • Mentor Field Clinical Specialists and other training personnel • Support the Director of Training in building scalable learning materials with the Training Program Manager • Assist with physician education programs, hands-on cadaver labs, and KOL training events • Provide field insights for product development, clinical trial protocols, and future training strategies • Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and professional education forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field (or equivalent clinical experience) • Minimum 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) • Strong background supporting implantable device procedures, specifically those requiring surgical techniques such as EV ICD • Experience managing or mentoring field team personnel • Experience with group presentations and hands-on experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management products • Prior experience developing training curriculum and implementing structured onboarding programs (preferred) • Experience supporting commercial launches of new and novel implantable cardiac devices with familiarity in abdominal surgery technique (preferred) • Familiarity with FDA-regulated training materials and industry-standard educational practices (preferred) • Deep understanding of cardiac medical devices, implant procedures requiring surgical technique, and cardiac device therapy strategies • Ability to design and manage multi-modal learning solutions, including cadaver and animal labs, digital learning, and LMS-driven pathways • Excellent ability to work with sales, clinical, marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities • Comfortable using training metrics and performance analytics • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and new technology launches • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
