• Degree in Business or similar, or equivalent experience • At least 5 years in a commercial role working with OEMs and Tier 1s • Solid understanding of EV and ICE applications (ESS/Fuel Cell knowledge is a bonus) • Experience with long sales cycles and complex buying centres • Knowledge of automotive supply chains, vehicle development, and quality systems (IATF 16949) • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills • Comfortable with value-based selling and customer lifecycle management • Fluent in English (Mandarin or Korean would be a plus) • A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a positive impact
