📋 Description

• Develop proficiency in implementation and services for 2 or more SaaS products • Independently manage multiple customer onboarding projects • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams • Ensure projects stay within contracted scopes • Handling kickoff calls, platform configuration, user training and review calls

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years+ experience within SaaS implementation • Experience with customer-facing roles • Strong skills in communication, training and issue management • Adapts quickly to new priorities • Key tools usage; Salesforce & Certinia
