📋 Description

• Review proposal documents to ensure project initiation documentation is accurate and complete • Initiate and configure new projects and PIC set-up in company systems • Review project folders and ensure required documents are saved • Maintain resource allocation and personnel forecast trackers • Generate, review, and adjust invoices based on project progress • Coordinate invoice pre-approvals and client uploads • Prepare and manage client-required invoice documentation • Send invoices and follow up to support timely payments • Create and maintain reports on budgets, margins, invoices, and project status • Review aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables • Assist with change orders and ensure system updates are accurate • Participate in project health and invoicing meetings with Project Managers • Escalate project-related issues to Project Managers • Close projects in systems, ensure all costs are entered, and archive job folders approximately 90 days
