• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for technical, AI engineering, and consulting roles • Build and nurture talent pipelines for AI engineers, integration leads, cyber and regulatory consultants, and advisory professionals • Craft effective outreach to attract passive candidates • Scale hiring for major engagements as they ramp • Flex across roles and practices as priorities shift • Recruit talent for teams embedding AI into the software delivery lifecycle at major financial institutions • Build pipelines supporting projects across Canada and the US
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services • Strong sourcing instincts and ability to engage passive candidates • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Professionalism and ability to stay connected with candidates throughout the process • Comfort working at pace and with ambiguity • Based in the Toronto area • Available to start soon
