📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and mid-tier customers • Build and grow long-term, value-added relationships with customers • Achieve year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets • Collaborate cross-functionally with Outside Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Product Management, and International Colleagues • Coordinate resources required to achieve mutual strategies and successes • Act as the main face and voice to the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Experience in B2B sales in specialty chemicals or adjacent technical industries • Experience utilizing a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce • Experience as a commissioned Inside salesperson promoting adhesives, chemicals, or assembly materials • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Proficient English language capability - written and verbal • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin valued
