📋 Description

• Contact warm and cold prospective new customers through inbound and outbound channels, primarily by phone and additionally via email, LinkedIn, and video • Identify and qualify new customer segments while uncovering their challenges and needs • Build and continuously improve your own lead lists and outbound campaigns • Conduct discovery calls, inspire decision-makers with the solution, and hand qualified meetings over to Account Executives • Continuously analyze the market and identify new business opportunities • Develop new sales strategies together with the team, test them independently, and scale successful approaches • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy • Attend trade shows and events to generate new leads

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in an outbound role • A genuine outbound mindset: you pick up the phone every day without needing to be told • Proven results: meetings booked, conversion to opportunities, and target achievement • Affinity for technology and AI, with the confident use of AI tools as part of your everyday workflow • Ownership and an early-stage mindset; willingness to work without a finished playbook or established structures • Excellent communication, persuasion, and enthusiasm • Business-fluent German • Very good English
