📋 Description

• Build and manage the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents in North America • Develop a trusted point of view that analysts rely on and return to • Position ElevenAgents as an enterprise-grade platform for deploying voice and chat agents at scale • Turn the existing Gartner relationship into the company's first Magic Quadrant inclusion • Build analyst-relations capabilities with Forrester and IDC as coverage expands in 2027 • Work with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to understand product development • Translate product development into narratives analysts can act on • Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings • Establish ongoing analyst engagement through newsletters, check-ins, and industry events • Potentially expand ownership from North America to global analyst relations and broader analyst and industry relations leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology • Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave • Ability to shape category narrative for a company spanning multiple product lines • Comfortable preparing executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings • Experience building analyst-relations cadence, including newsletters, check-ins, and event presence such as Gartner IT Symposium • Bonus: experience covering agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories specifically • Ability to operate in PT or ET timezones
