📋 Description

• Client Engagement: • - Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings. • - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: • - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. • - Demonstrate the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses. • Sales Negotiations: • - Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms. • - Address client objections and close sales deals. • Account Management: • - Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. • - Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns. • Market Research and Analysis: • - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Sales Reporting: • - Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building. Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes. • Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders. • Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed. This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST to align with the North American market.
