📋 Description

• Design printed circuit boards meeting or exceeding mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements • Plan resources and proactively communicate in-process progress to meet customer on-time delivery requirements • Independently and creatively win and drive complex and schedule-intensive projects • Collaborate daily via web with customers and design team members • Identify and resolve project issues • Report hours and project activities daily through the proprietary online project management tracker • Review quality objectives • Help grow existing business by advocating for customers

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a minimum of 12 years of Design Layout experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effective organization, planning, and prioritization skills • Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques and processes • Ability to meet mechanical, electrical (RF and Mixed Signal), and manufacturing requirements • Expert user of one or more of Siemens Xpedition, Cadence Allegro, and Altium • Good knowledge of relevant IPC standards • Passion for design, quality, and continuous learning
