📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for Employ, JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite web domains • Align web strategy with business goals, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets • Drive data-driven conversion rate optimization across landing pages, site flows, and key conversion paths • Own organic growth strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, AEO, and GEO • Partner with Product Marketing and Content on website content and messaging • Refine site structure, navigation, and user flows to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion • Maintain distinct brands while ensuring consistency and scalability across the web ecosystem • Build and scale A/B and multivariate testing programs • Define and track web KPIs including traffic quality, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution • Oversee web development and technical execution • Manage and collaborate with Content, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Operations • Report to the VP, Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in web strategy, growth, or digital experience roles within B2B SaaS or tech • Proven experience owning a website or web program end-to-end, including strategy design, execution, and performance optimization • Strong track record of improving web conversion rates through testing, optimization, and user behavior insights • Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, including awareness of AI-driven search and GEO • Strong content, messaging, and user experience judgment • Demonstrated success managing internal teams and external agencies, consultants, and vendors across SEO/GEO and digital marketing initiatives • Experience setting strategy, evaluating performance, prioritizing work, and ensuring accountability against business outcomes • Comfortable working with analytics tools and using data to inform decisions • Familiarity with web development, Vercel, Sanity, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Prompt Watch • Experience managing multiple sites or brands within a single ecosystem is nice to have
