• Actively prospect new clients (by phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and inbound leads). • Identify opportunities and present services in a consultative and assertive manner. • Manage the full sales funnel: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing. • Schedule meetings with qualified leads. • Conduct strategic follow-ups to keep leads engaged until closing. • Make initial contact with leads generated by marketing campaigns. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to identify genuine sales opportunities and close deals. • Maintain close client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth handover to the account/service team. • Work closely with the marketing and audiovisual teams to develop presentations and case studies. • Update and maintain the CRM with information about prospecting, contacts, and negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling creative services or digital marketing. • Basic knowledge of social media, paid traffic (paid advertising), and audiovisual production. • Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organized.
