📋 Description

• Own and manage the organic social media accounts • Develop and continuously refine the paid and organic content strategy for multiple apps • Build and scale social media channels and communities while increasing reach, engagement, and relevant traffic • Develop messaging and creative assets for organic and paid campaigns • Manage influencer and brand partnerships with support from a freelancer • Build and continuously optimize scalable, AI-powered content processes • Contribute AI expertise to the marketing team and develop additional automation processes • Execute and further develop still-image content production for organic channels using AI-powered processes • Manage and shape UGC operations for paid and organic channels together with a working student • Regularly analyze content and channel performance and derive actionable optimization measures • Prepare relevant KPIs for the team • Report directly to the Head of Marketing • Manage and oversee a working student • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in content, social media, or digital marketing • Demonstrated success in building and scaling organic social media channels and communities • Solid hands-on experience developing and producing high-performing content for organic and paid channels • Good understanding of performance marketing • Broad knowledge of relevant social media platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest • In-depth, demonstrable experience using AI in content production • Experience building efficient content workflows and implementing marketing automation • Daily experience using AI tools for text, image, and video, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or CapCut AI • Ability to read and adapt prompts and instructions, systematically evaluate outputs, and formulate implementation requirements • Strong eye for compelling visual and creative execution • Strong analytical skills • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or digital health is a plus
