🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent) • 10+ years’ experience in business development or field sales within the industrial heat pump market • Strong understanding of client requirements/tender specifications, with the ability to develop concept solutions for CO2 and ammonia heat pump systems • In-depth technical knowledge of various heat pump applications, including district heating and food & beverage sectors • Strong commercial background with ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals for customers • Skilled in delivering technical presentations and solutions to consultants, contractors and end users • Proven track record of working with technical products and B2B customers • Familiarity with the European market, with the ability to develop business opportunities and create/maintain relationships with customers and consultants • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Multilingual proficiency in English plus one or more of the following: Spanish, French, Italian, or German
