📋 Description

• Drive new opportunities into the funnel and nurture core prospect stakeholder relationships through to contract signature • Ensure prospects fit Enfuce CaaS model, target segment/size, and risk/compliance exposure (including ELS BIN Sponsorship considerations) • Use organisational resources efficiently and collaborate across Sales team to prioritise collective success • Identify, engage and cultivate new business opportunities using partnerships, marketing and BDM origination (cold outreach ownership) • Manage and nurture approximately 25 new opportunities per 12 months, with regular touchpoints every 30 days and stage progression within 45–90 days • Navigate full sales process from value proposition to negotiation and closure of contracts • Maintain precise and comprehensive records in Salesforce, ensuring opportunities and closing plans reflect projected value delivery • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and ecosystem to articulate Enfuce's solutions' value

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in the business language of the country of residence (Italian for this role) • In-depth experience within the card payment industry • Ability to drive and open conversations with decision makers through concise and considered questioning • Experience managing and nurturing a portfolio of sales opportunities • Ability to self-generate pipeline (expectation: 6 self-generated opportunities per 12 months) • Experience using CRM (Salesforce) to maintain precise records and closing plans • Strong presentation skills to convey value to C-level executives and participate in technical discussions • Knowledge of card programmes, card-as-a-service (CaaS), BIN sponsorship considerations, and risk & compliance exposure • Proven track record contributing to or meeting sales targets
