📋 Description

• Build the community function from zero and own it end to end. • Own and manage the approximately 1,200-member Discord community, answering questions, resolving issues, and routing people to sales, support, or instructors. • Maintain steady community activity by coordinating posts, AMAs, and other activations with marketing and instructors. • Move learner wins from closed cohort channels into public community spaces. • Shape new-member onboarding with automated welcome messages and email flows. • Design and run re-engagement plans for past learners, alumni, and Discord members who have not purchased. • Maintain regular personal contact with alumni and coordinate affiliate, event, success-story, and course-related outreach. • Identify stuck learners and reconnect them with the community or appropriate next steps such as mentorship. • Interview alumni, track career progress, and provide success stories to marketing. • Drive event engagement, attendance, alumni participation, and story collection. • Design the community side of the relaunched membership, including closed chats, member events, and recurring activities. • Integrate self-paced-course and individual-mentorship participants into the wider community. • Grow LinkedIn engagement and convert founder-post commenters into community members. • Define who counts as a community member beyond Discord. • Gather learner and instructor feedback, identify pain points, and improve the learner experience. • Bring website and learning-experience gaps to product, design, and development teams. • Attend live sessions occasionally and coach instructors on learner engagement and encouragement. • Help assess community platforms as membership grows. • Manage the hands-on, personal side of affiliate relationships.
