📋 Description

• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across Enlight and Clēnera • Prepare executive presentations, business analyses, and materials for senior leadership • Lead post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives to strengthen collaboration and operational alignment • Design and improve business processes and workflows across different functions • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Israel to solve operational challenges and drive execution • Develop structured procedures, support change management efforts, and deliver training when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, process improvement, consulting, or post-merger integration • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent PowerPoint, presentation development, and executive storytelling skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Professional experience in the U.S. • Familiarity with Israeli organizations • U.S. resident with excellent English communication skills
