📋 Description

• Complete an in-depth 3-week training program to specialize in a specific Enova consumer lending brand • Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls • Guide prospective customers through the loan application process • Follow up with customers to encourage completion of loan applications • Explain Enova products and services clearly to support customer satisfaction and sales conversion • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records • Deliver clear, professional, and effective verbal and written customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; Enova is unable to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship • Prior call center experience is a plus, but candidates should have a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments • Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment through adaptability and multitasking • Comfortable utilizing new technology • Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment
