• Ensemble Travel Group is a leading travel agency consortium of top-tier agencies throughout the U.S. and Canada. • Develop and manage a high-impact strategy to identify, engage, and onboard travel agency partners. • Deeply analyze agency market segments to uncover untapped opportunities and drive partner acquisition. • Clearly articulate Ensemble's differentiated value proposition to prospective agency partners. • Develop compelling initiatives, presentations, and outreach campaigns to inspire action. • Cultivate long-term relationships with agency leaders, industry influencers, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally within the travel or technology sectors. • Deep knowledge of the North American travel agency ecosystem and business models. • Proven success driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch. • A builder mentality with the grit to experiment, learn, and scale. • Charismatic, persuasive, and able to clearly convey complex ideas and value propositions. • Strong relationship-builder who can earn trust across senior leadership and partners alike. • Outcome-oriented, self-directed, and committed to measurable success.
