📋 Description

• Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and identify potential new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach new customers and grow existing business • Negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers • Plan and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Analyze market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful business development initiatives • Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of business development initiatives and their impact on the company • Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field • Prior Experience in Education industry will be preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A track record of successfully developing and implementing growth opportunities • The ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growing the business • Ability to negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers • Experience in planning and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Knowledge of financial analysis, market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions • Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive • The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and adjust to new challenges and opportunities • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful business development initiatives
