• 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets. • 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments. • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts. • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
