📋 Description
• Own and evolve Epic's native iOS app across iPhone and iPad • Own the reading experience • Own offline reading, in-app purchases, and the App Store release pipeline • Drive the app's performance, stability, and quality • Partner with Epic's Android engineer and the backend and web teams on shared features • Grow into a cross-platform mobile engineer over time
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years building and shipping native iOS apps to the App Store • Strong Swift and UIKit, and comfort working across a mixed Swift and Objective-C codebase • Proven depth in custom UI/text rendering and/or real-time media-audio synchronization • Solid across the iOS app lifecycle -- concurrency and thread-safety, local persistence, in-app purchase, and owning a release pipeline • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
