📋 Description

• Own capital relationships across M&A Advisory and Investment Vehicles branches • Provide buyer and capital coverage on sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates • Lead capital formation for VC funds, independent sponsor deal equity, and SPV syndication • Cover institutional allocators, direct-investing family offices, RIAs, and advisor networks • Build the wealth channel rather than inherit one • Build senior relationships across allocators, family offices, RIA firms, and advisor networks • Run raises from positioning through close • Support M&A mandates with live buyer and capital intelligence • Formalize partnerships with RIA firms, broker-dealers, and advisor networks • Educate advisors and investors on private markets structures and economics • Source mandates into both branches • Partner with Finalis on compliance, onboarding, and Regulation D requirements

🎯 Requirements

• FINRA registration through a broker-dealer, or sponsorable within 120 days • 5+ years in capital formation, LP coverage, placement, or alternative investment distribution • Verifiable capital relationships you can activate on day one (required, not preferred) • Direct experience raising private markets vehicles • Command of fund and sponsor economics: carry, waterfalls, hurdles, promote, side letters • Fluency in Regulation D and accredited investor standards • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field • Preferred: transferable RIA book, prior platform or approved-list experience, buy-side M&A exposure, cross-border experience, Spanish or Portuguese
