• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders at key enterprise accounts • Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning Resideo’s solutions with customers’ business objectives and long-term priorities • Drive enterprise account planning focused on long-term growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities • Create and execute customer-specific growth strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and market share • Proactively identify and develop enterprise-level opportunities across multiple business lines and geographies • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution • Own forecast accuracy for assigned accounts and report consistently to sales leadership • Track pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue projections • Balance revenue growth with profitability goals and ensure deals meet financial performance expectations • Lead enterprise contract negotiations focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions • Ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate standards • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to executive-level audiences and influence key decision-makers • Maintain understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and enterprise procurement practices • Travel frequently (50-75%) as required by the role

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise account management, complex B2B sales, or solution selling • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L awareness with a focus on accuracy and accountability • Extensive experience negotiating high-value enterprise contracts, including multi-year agreements • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting tools, and financial modeling • Ability to travel 50-75% • This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
