📋 Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for top distributor locations in the assigned territory • Develop and leverage business relationships with key distributor contacts at each branch • Develop and maintain geographic contacts • Maintain established call frequency for national account customers, Home Depot district managers, and national/regional builder contacts • Manage the established dealer network • Prospect for new accounts and develop markets • Develop and execute an annual business plan with the Regional/District Sales Manager • Establish KPI targets with the Regional Sales Manager • Develop and execute plans to deliver optimal results • Manage individual travel and expense budget • Manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility • Put safety first and foster a people-first culture • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales success record • Previous experience as an account executive, field sales representative, or key account manager • Sales Representative: at least 3 years of outside sales experience • Account Manager: at least 5 years of outside sales experience • Candidates without a degree: at least 6 years of outside sales experience for Sales Representative, or at least 8 years for Account Manager, with a proven track record of sales success • A bachelor’s degree is preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to undertake overnight travel within the designated territory • Ability to travel overnight for trade shows, industry events, and professional development opportunities
