📋 Description

• Provide high-level support for analysis of low- to mid-complexity projects • Support and maintain affected EHR applications • Meet with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements • Analyze, design, configure, educate, and support implementation of requirements • Manage low- to mid-level projects for new functionality and system updates • Ensure application updates follow best practices and change control protocols • Resolve issues and communicate with clinical end users • Translate customer requirements into feasible application options • Develop, implement, and present educational programs using various techniques • Work under general supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study; OR associate degree and 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare; OR 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare • Epic PB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified preferred • Epic HB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified preferred • Day shift availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM • Work location eligibility in the United States of America
