📋 Description

• Perform system training across revenue cycle • Perform process analysis • Support development and implementation of training programs • Perform duties relating to adult training programs • Train employees on assigned systems • Prepare training by arranging schedules and documenting attendance • Support system practice management changes • Develop understanding of processes attached to identified systems • Document identified process updates • Write revenue services newsletters • Prioritize educational needs across the revenue cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or business related field preferred • 2 years of experience in revenue services • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency • Strong understanding of operational policies and procedures • Ability to support system training, process analysis, and training program development and implementation • Ability to understand processes associated with identified systems • Ability to document process updates and write revenue services newsletters
