📋 Description
• Provide production support • Provide on-call and after-hours support • Develop new functionality • Perform workflow analysis and problem solving • Troubleshoot Epic systems • Support clinical and non-clinical users daily in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Own or manage medium to large projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Inpatient Orders or Ambulatory Analyst • Current Epic certification in at least one application • Epic Inpatient Orders or Epic Ambulatory certification • Strong clinical workflow knowledge • Hands-on Epic build/configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support • Experience working directly with clinical end users/stakeholders • Ability to independently own projects/issues rather than functioning as a junior build analyst • Relevant clinical setting experience • Existing certified Senior Epic Analyst in a clinical module, or ability to gain certification within the required time frame
