📋 Description

• Analyze, design, implement, and support application systems • Formulate, define, and perform complex analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide information systems functionality • Manage Epic application modules and third-party applications • Design and customize tables and screens • Build databases • Test, debug, upgrade, and document information systems functionality under department management supervision • Apply process-flow analysis and business automation knowledge to evaluate needs • Design and implement highly complex, secure, supportable, and scalable solutions using varied technologies • Mentor IT/Application Services Analysts • Provide an integrated patient care delivery system that improves outcomes, reduces cost, increases efficiency, and enhances patient experiences • Report to the IT/Manager Application Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IT management, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems, applied engineering, health information management (HIM), health informatics, nursing informatics, nursing, health science, education, business administration, health care, or a related field • HR may accept directly related work experience on a 1-year:1-year basis for required education • Four (4) years of directly related professional experience • Related Epic certification(s) required • Multiple certifications may be required depending on functional area and job responsibilities • Required certification(s) must be obtained within ninety (90) days from last class completion • Critical communication skills • Critical problem-solving skills • Successful completion of a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification
