• Lead MGT's launch, market validation, revenue development, marketplace growth, and day-to-day operating direction • Lead strategy, commercial execution, partnerships, marketplace development, and operating performance • Translate customer and market feedback into product priorities, release plans, and measurable outcomes • Oversee technical teams and vendors, including roadmap delivery, quality assurance, releases, support, uptime, and service levels • Own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, vendor relationships, risk management, and cash-flow discipline • Build a lean, high-output team across product, technology, sales, partnerships, customer success, and operations • Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, industry partners, customers, and enthusiast communities • Establish acquisition channels for buyers, sellers, dealers, advertisers, and strategic partners • Define the operating plan, market positioning, priorities, pricing, revenue model, and go-to-market strategy • Implement weekly KPIs, monthly reporting, forecasting, scorecards, project plans, risk logs, decision records, and transparent leadership updates • Deliver an agreed 6- to 12-month plan covering product, revenue, marketing, staffing, operating costs, and scale • Drive commercial launch progress, platform readiness, listing growth, revenue, gross margin, marketplace activity, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Already active in power sports, automotive, recreation, e-commerce, marketplace, brokerage, dealership, or a closely related business • Proven entrepreneurial track record as a founder, owner-operator, independent consultant, Managing Director, General Manager, or senior operator • Evidence of generating revenue, attracting customers or partners, and delivering strong work without depending on a fixed salary • Existing market relationships, audience access, client opportunities, domain knowledge, or other commercial assets • Ability to build repeatable systems, delegate work, develop a team, and grow beyond solopreneurship • Proven success in revenue generation, partnerships, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and commercial execution • Product and technical fluency, including experience working with software teams, contractors, or vendors • Strong financial, KPI, forecasting, contract, negotiation, and operational-management skills • Sound judgment, transparency, resilience, and comfort being measured against revenue, margin, cash flow, marketplace activity, and execution milestones • Experience with marketplaces, trading platforms, dealer networks, fundraising, contractor-led teams, or performance-based compensation is an asset
