📋 Description

• own the technical success of mission-critical Palantir engagements • set the architectural direction on your primary account • write production code alongside your team • provide technical oversight across additional engagements • translate ambiguous business problems into pragmatic Foundry/AIP solutions • raise the bar on delivery quality by mentoring FDEs • codify best practices and serve as the technical escalation point • build trusted relationships with client executives • scope new opportunities and lead architecture reviews • deploy, configure, customize, and maintain production applications

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience delivering software or data solutions • demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers on technical projects • comfort owning the architectural and delivery health of more than one engagement at a time • ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • strong problem-solving and analytical skills • excellent written and verbal communication • deep understanding of data engineering principles and software architecture • strong hands-on proficiency in Python and TypeScript • experience delivering production solutions on complex enterprise data at scale • adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects • a post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field (preferred)
